Experience
Mr. Silver A. Owaraga has specialized in Commercial and Land transactions.  Those who have had the experience of going through land transaction in Uganda will attest to the murky waters one has to wade through. This is where Mr. Owaraga has excelled through his wide experience of more than fifteen (15) years he is battled, bruised and battle hardened.

He has now the privilege of sailing through these waters with knowledge and professional ease.  No wonder he has been at hand to handle complex land transactions for large part of the Chinese community whose requirement for pace and thoroughness is well known. Currently heading the acquisition of a number of acres at Kasenge, Mukono.

He has and still handles security documentation for Standard Chartered Bank and ABC Capital Bank Ltd who demand minimum turn round time yet with no step missed to ensure that the Banks are legally well secured.
He is also currently advising Future Electronics Limited that is setting up a T.V. factory at Wakonko within Kampala District.  The factory aims at providing quality T.V.’s to East and Central Africa.

He has been involved in organizing finances for Tian Tang Group currently setting up in Kasenge Mukono, what is going to be the biggest steel producing factory in East and Central Africa.
