He is a general legal practioner with a bias to commercial and corporate law handling: Intellectual Property (IP) matters including copyright; Trade secrets; Trade Marks, Patents & Designs availability searches, applications, renewals, assignments, restoration, oppositions, appeals, licensing; Trademarks watching services, infringement advice, enforcement of IP rights. He has litigated IP matters before the Registrar of Patents & Trademarks, in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Uganda.

He offers credit and security documentation services e.g. debentures, mortgages for banks and other credit institutions.

He also offers legal audit services for many companies upon instructions from banks & credit instructions.

He has attended courses/symposia/workshops on Settlement of International Commercial Disputes and on negotiating and advising in International Commercial Contracts at the institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) of the University of London; on Foreign Investment and joint Ventures with Trans-national Corporations at the United Nations and Trans-national Corporations & Management Division of the UNDP; on Investments Abroad at the South Western Legal Foundation (SWLF); on Trans-national Arbitration at the Institute for Trans-national Arbitration of the South Western Legal Foundation; on Intellectual property at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO); on Arbitration of Global Projects at the International Law Institute, Training of Trainers (TOT) course at the International Law Institute (ILI); on International Standards for Protecting Intellectual Property in the Digital Age at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO); on Electronic Commerce and Intellectual Property at the WIPO.
